FRESH AIR

 

Fresh air has always been great, when I'm feeling overwhelmed or upset by something. Going for a short walk, just around the corner and back again, or even just going into the back garden or patio for a few minutes. It really helps refresh my mood and lift my spirits

 

SLEEP

 

Getting at least 8 hours sleep at night, is really important in recovery. As often as i can i try to get enough sleep. I really do notice the difference in my mood and behaviours when I haven't slept enough i'm much more sensitive and can be upset easier. So hopefully you can find getting enough snoozing in can help you too!

 

WATER

 

Keeping hydrated is so important for everyone, on aveage it is said that 8 glasses of water a day is enough, thats between 1.5 - 2 litres a day. Too much water is not good, don't flood yourself with water or it'll be depleting vitamins and minerals from your system. Remember balance is always the key! keep your body hydrated - and listen to its needs.
